The Human Element, under the leadership of founder Marirose Steigerwald, offers solid human resources expertise combined with proven assessment tools to help your business become more productive and profitable.
Marirose Steigerwald has an extensive background in all levels of human resources and business management, and in all types of companies - small, medium and large - as well as public and private sectors. She has proven leadership experience in effectively building and managing staff, as well as providing executive leadership in both private companies and philanthropic organizations.
Steigerwald combines her diverse business experience with an effective communication style and great sense of humor. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and holds the distinguished Duke University Certificate in Leadership. This combination of education and experience results in a leader with heart, offering dynamic insights into management and providing real value to clients.
Steigerwald’s credentials include certified professional behavior analyst (CPBA) and certified professional values analyst (CPVA). These certifications were earned through Target Training International and required intensive study and extensive feedback sessions using the DISC and PIAV analysis tools.
Certification in both behavioral analysis and value systems allows Steigerwald to not only assess and interpret an individual's behaviors, but also to uncover what drives an individual to perform well in the workplace. Subsequent coaching demonstrates how both correlate with success in a work setting, along with increased job satisfaction. For the employer, an engagement with The Human Element results in motivated employees providing peak performance.
